About Us
Stencil Corporation was established in 1979 by Clint Stencil. At inception,
the company was principally a new residential construction company
with crews and employees. In the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, the
company diversified into commercial office, multi-family, medical,
car dealerships, and land development. Since inception, the company
has completed and delivered over $750,000,000 in real estate projects.
In the early 1990’s, as the number and size of projects increased,
Clint began raising capital from outside investors.
Historical returns to investors have continuously exceeded 10%; 60 consecutive
quarters we have met or exceeded returns. In the early 2000’s, Clint changed
focus of the company to a Construction Management and Development company, concentrating
on development opportunities, real estate sales and investments, finance and
accounting.
